USA Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped out in 12-14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard transit time is 3-5 business days. Flat Rate of $10.00 for any package under 1 pound.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses:

Soul Rebirth Holistic Wellness Co., www.shopsoulrebirth.com, is not liable for any products lost during shipping once it leaves the manufacturer. If your product is lost during transit, please review your tracking information, and contact your local USPS post office location for assistance. If you received your order damaged, please contact customer service at https://www.shoulsoulrebirth.com/contact to file a damaged order claim. Please save all packing materials and take a picture of all damaged products before filing a claim.
